Setting Up Removing New Estimates

A New Estimate is created in CCC ONE when you perform an EMS extract from your estimating application. These appear in the workfile Search Results pane, and have a status of New Estimate in the Updates column. You have the option to remove them manually or to have them removed automatically after a number of days that you enter.

To set up Removing New Estimates

Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
Select your repair facility profile, and select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
Click on the Workfile - Opportunities link under Repair Management.
From the Opportunity Settings section, choose an option for removing New Estimates.
Click Save or Save and Close.
